Job Title and Sector: Sales Director, Public Sector Digital Transformation

KEY EXPERIENCE

  • Leader in Central Government IT Services.
  • Track record of leading for 5 years + selling professional services, consulting or line of business applications to the public sector.
  • Deal sizes upwards of £500k.
  • Bright, mouldable and with a track record engaging with executives.

ROLE INFORMATION

  • Management of an experienced sales team of 6-8 account directors selling into Central Government.
  • Day to day management- hire/fire, coach/mentor, buddy up on major deals, pipeline management.
  • Delivering application development and digital transformation into the likes of DEFRA, HMRC and DWP.
  • The company is already a preferred partner within the Government space.
