Elevation Recruitment are supporting a fantastic global organisation that have consistently grown and have a great reputation in the UK market. The company work within the SAAS sector and are looking for a Director of Pre Sales.

*You will manage a team of 17 across 3 teams based in the different UK offices. Whose roles include Outbound Sales, Inbound Enquiries and Product Specialists (Product Demo's)
*Lead, motivate, coach and manage the Pre-Sales sales team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, annual revenue targets and other critical success metrics/KPIs
*Accurate opportunity, account plan, team and product forecasting
*Design and implement sales processes and ensure these are constantly kept under review and are refined and improved on over time
*Build and maintain an expert level of product knowledge and use this lead the Pre-sales team
*Work collaboratively with other Sales & Marketing leaders to develop compelling propositions that can be used to drive retention, upsell and cross sell and to define strategy to achieve sales targets
*Oversee hiring and talent development programs to ensure the team is capable of achieving required results
*Act at the main voice of sales in relation to future Product roadmaps and developments, ensuring key customer needs are clearly articulated and commercial rationale is presented

Skills and Experience:

*Evidence of extensive success within a software sales environment
*Evidence of managing internal / pre-sales teams including product demo specialists is required
*Ability to work from either Sheffield or London 2-3 days per week
*Evidence of gaining multi-product expertise quickly and the ability to transfer this to others effectively
*The ability to train others effectively
*A passion for customers
*Exceptional Relationship Building skills
*A drive for results
