As Sales Director, you'll lead the Pharmaceuticals vertical in EMEA, contributing to the overall verticalization of Google Cloud Platform Go-To-Market in region.

* Lead growth and expansion across the biggest Pharma customers in region, tailoring the Go-To-Market specifically to forge deep and trusting relationships with executives within target companies.

* Manage a team of Field Sales Executives and Sales Managers to meet quarterly and annual bookings objectives by targeting pharmaceuticals customers.

* Recruit talent and coach the team with a focus on providing actionable, forthright feedback.

* Create and drive programs focused on achieving growth. Meet with customers/prospects and participate directly in deals and accounts.

* Leverage extensive cross-pharmaceutical industry expertise and relationships to inform development of novel industry-aligned solutions.
