Sales Director – Leading Telecoms Reseller
£70k Basic - £140k OTE uncapped + usual benefits

With over 20 years in business we are a well-established, leading telecoms reseller. We have over 180 employees, we provide end to end managed services that are high in quality and cost effective. Our focus is on customer retention and growth that has seen us win over 20 prestigious awards. We are now seeking a driven, intelligent and focused individual to lead the salesforce as Sales Director to increase growth through a focus on new business sales.
You will be responsible for managing the UK Sales force, reporting directly to the CEO. Your two direct reports will be the group Head of Sales and the Head of Marketing, however your role is predominantly sales and the development and leadership of a team of over 20 field sales people who sell into a variety of businesses across the UK. Your sales teams comprise a mix of new business and account management salespeople. Your role is to drive the business forward with a particular focus on new business developing your Sales Teams to ensuring that all growth and financial targets are achieved.
The successful applicant will have at least 5 years experience in managing sales teams in a new business capacity. Your sales management and relationship skills will be developed enough to ensure that you have a successful track record in over achieving sales management targets and have an extensive understanding of the sales management process. You will have a wealth of experience in managing Managers within a reseller environment. You will have a strong knowledge of Network communications along with good understanding of A.V and Mobile. This is essential to success in this position.
