Sales Director, based Chepstow. Monmouthshire. £80,000 Basic, Six figure Management Bonus + Executive Car + Excellent Benefits Package. As part of a major reinvestment, our client is looking to recruit an exceptional Sales Director to drive their growth internationally.
The key basic criteria that we are looking for are:
+ Technical sales experience - ideally of capital equipment in an engineering/industrial or construction environment
+ Sales Leadership of internal and external sales teams - recruiting/driving/coaching/mentoring, etc.
+ International Sales Exposure - setting up and managing agent/distribution networks, etc.
+ Strong Strategic ability - a proven record of delivering business growth by taking a business from x to y, possibly backed by a formal qualification, such as an MBA
+ Experience working in a smaller business, i.e. not all experience from within large corporates.
You will set the strategy and delivery model to achieve growth. You will recruit the talent required to deliver on your plan and drive the implementation on the ground. Significant resource will be made available to you and you will have the full cooperation and support of the board and the wider business to deliver on your joint ambitions.
