As Sales Director, you'll lead the Consumer Packaged Goods vertical in EMEA, contributing to the overall verticalization of Google Cloud Platform Go-To-Market in region.

* Lead growth and expansion across the biggest Consumer Packaged Goods customers in region, tailoring the Go-To-Market specifically to forge deep and trusting relationships with C-level executives within target companies

* Manage a team of Field Sales Executives and Sales Managers to meet quarterly and annual bookings objectives for the region by targeting the largest Consumer Packaged Goods customers in region.

* Recruit top talent and coach the team with a focus on providing actionable, forthright feedback.

* Create and drive innovative programs focused on achieving growth at Google scale. Meet with customers/prospects and participate directly in the key deals and accounts within the region

* Leverage extensive cross-CPG industry expertise and relationships to inform development of novel industry-aligned solutions.
