Sales Director - Third Party Due Diligence

The Company: Our client is one of the largest specialist Risk Management firms in the world, with 3000 employees spread across 37 offices globally. With over 25 years' experience and 1800 live clients in the Due Diligence space, they are now expanding their service portfolio and last year launched a Third-Party Due Diligence service line.
By partnering up with a specialist software business, they are able to deliver their Third-Party service through an end to end solution, complete with workflow management and case management tools. As the only provider in the space with local experts on the ground, courtesy of their network of 37 global offices, they are in a position to provide an extremely high quality service to their clients.
Having launched this division last year, they have received excellent feedback from the market and have grown far faster than expected, so are now looking to capitalise on that success and hire their first dedicated sales resource to own and drive growth within a key target market, Europe and Africa.
The Sales Director Role: This role is a key hire, with the incoming Sales Director taking control over all elements of business development and account management across Europe and Africa. Reporting into the Global Director for Third-Party Due Diligence, this individual will initially have one direct report, but will be growing their team to 6 within the first 12 months.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to come in and take ownership of what is essentially a start-up within a larger organisation. This Sales Director role would be perfect for someone with experience selling Third-Party Due Diligence services for one of the big 4 that is looking for a step up in responsibilities alongside a more relaxed and modern culture.
