JOB TITLE: Sales Development Representative

LOCATION: London

PACKAGE: £30k basic salary, £45k OTE, 25 days holiday, pension.

COMPANY INFORMATION

Founded in 2012, our client is disrupting the property sector with their sophisticated SaaS based property management solution.

Their software allows property managers to automate workflows around tasks such as term expiry, rent, reviews, maintenance etc.

They've expanded globally over the past few years and now have offices on three continents.

KEY EXPERIENCE

You will have had some exposure to a b2b sales environment.

Hunter mentality - know how to get your foot in the door.

Experience selling a SaaS based product is ideal but by no means a pre-requisite.

The match for this role is all about attitude. Someone who wants to grow with the business and progress to a full closing role.

ROLE INFORMATION

Lead generation focused role - pitching a sophisticated SaaS based property management solution.

Targeting property managers of commercial and residential properties.

Leads sources via marketing, events, LinkedIn, proactive hunting.

Deal sizes averaging £12k.

Sales cycles between 3 weeks - 3 months.

Success in this role over a 12 months period will lead to a closing position.
