Sales Development Representative – £23,000 to £25,000 + up to £6,000 commission – London

The Role

Oxatis are looking for a Sales Development Representative with a passion for success, experts who are masters of their craft. The Sales Development Representative is the first point of contact between Oxatis and potential new clients and at the very beginning of our sales cycle. You will be the voice of our company, introducing Oxatis as an e-commerce service provider.

The successful candidate will be an individual with a desire to be excellent with an unyielding attitude, who welcome new and more demanding challenges each day. They should have a dynamic, young and ‘hungry to learn’ spirit, who has a positive and unstoppable winning attitude. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in sales in a rapidly growing and exciting company.

The key responsibilities of a Sales Development Representative include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting the UK based sales team through lead qualification, opportunity analysis and outbound processing
  • Managing accurate CRM reporting
  • Participating in outbound campaigns in conjunction with marketing
  • Achieving or exceeding monthly quotas of qualified opportunities
  • Attending training events in Marseille, France

The Person

The key skills and qualities of a Sales Development Representative:

  • At least two years’ experience in outbound sales prospecting or inside sales, and must be a graduate with at least a 2:1 from a top university
  • SaaS, e-commerce, and general technology knowledge required
  • The ability to understand customer requirements and convince customers of the value of solution and services; outstanding communication skills with an excellent focus on client satisfaction
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Being a team player with a proven track record of working well in teams
  • Able to successfully meet and/or exceed targets/KPI’s in a business environment
