They are looking to recruit a Sales Co-ordinator to join our established sales team in Poole, Dorset.
Reporting to the Sales Office Manager, your role will be to assist in the generation of new business by approaching potential customers to obtain their fastener business. You will gain leads from the existing database, as well as the in-house Telemarketing team.
Key tasks include:
- Prompt response to customer enquiries - Building relationships with new and existing customers - Logging and following up of quotations - Converting enquiries to orders
The successful candidate will have a background within outbound sales. You will need to be self-motivated, have excellent communication skills both verbal and written in order to be able to communicate and build good relationships with both external and internal customers. You will need to be able to work to deadlines and remain focused at all times.
Full product training will be provided.
You must have experience in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and have a good standard of numeracy and literacy.
Working hours will be 40.0 hours per week Monday to Friday.
