This is a part time position working 22.5 hours across 3 days.
It helps to love what you’re selling. With our ultrafast broadband, and amazing phone and TV services, you’ll have a great story to tell. And if you work from one of our shopping centre kiosks, there’ll also be loads of people to sell to.
We’ll provide you with a fantastic five-day training induction which will give you the low-down on our products and services, and the strategies you can employ. Then, you’ll be ready to take control of your kiosk.
Speed will be of the essence. People will be walking past all the time, and you might stop a lot of them before you make a sale. So, it’s important that you work out a way to catch their attention, win their trust and turn the conversation around to what our services could do for them.
You will get lots of support from the wider sales team but, crucially: you are the key to your own success. It will be your leads you’ll be following up on, your targets to smash - and we don’t put a limit on the commission you win. The more you make, the more you get.
Who we’re looking for
If you have a warm personality, a positive can-do attitude and enjoy earning big rewards through working to targets and overcoming obstacles, this could be your big break. You’ll need:
To be willing to spend the day working on your feet
Familiarity with, and enthusiasm for working in a target-driven environment
Demonstrable communication skills - you’ll need the confidence to open up a conversation with someone you don’t know, who might not expect to be stopped
The resilience to overcome objections
Sales experience would always help, but lots of our best people joined without any.
