This company are looking for a motivated, energetic and ambitious sales team member. Now adding 2 new events to the portfolio, they are looking for someone that has a vibrant gift of the gab and a passion for success. Have a good network with promo brands, societies or unis? Even better!

You will be joining the festival team to promote the brand and secure partnerships with university societies, ticket ambassadors and promoters. You will then work alongside the partnerships to close sales, negotiate sales terms, train, mentor and motivate sales reps and most importantly - hit sales quotas.

This role will utilise your interpersonal, networking and communicative skills.
All candidates must have a strong knowledge of social media platforms, have the ability to absorb information quickly and thrive in a fast paced environment.

Candidates must be of a 2:1 degree level certificate
Minimum of 1 year sales and customer service experience
A keen interest in events and live music is a must!

The successful candidate will gain a professional understanding of event logistics, planning and sales for one of the UK's biggest student brands. The role includes travel and event/stage management on site at their multiple 4-night events in Amsterdam!

Benefits
- OTE: £26,000 to £32,000

Located in a brand new purpose built warehouse in Ealing. The Warehouse is complete with roof terrace, multi levelled office spaces and a ball pit!
