Sales and Support Executive

As a global reseller of ITIL®, PRINCE2® and IT service management products, GRC International Group PLC is experiencing an exciting period of growth and change. This means that we have a fantastic opportunity for a sales and support executive to accelerate our sales presence and help us achieve our growth ambitions.

Our ideal candidate will be customer centric, with a proactive and enthusiastic approach to selling. To be successful in this role, you will:

* Have proven experience of inbound/outbound sales, which will include B2B and/or cold calling;

* Have a confident telephone manner;

* Be highly motivated, with excellent communication and negotiation skills;

* Take on new sales projects under little supervision while being enthusiastic and positive; and

* Develop and maintain lasting relationships with new and existing customers.

Knowledge of ITIL and PRINCE2 is desirable, as is experience of selling to international markets and working with third-party suppliers and/or partners.

We don’t do ‘hand holding’, but we will always give support when you need it. Self-starters with a real attention to detail who can quickly become familiar with a range of subjects and have a real drive for success in a fast-growing B2B environment will be rewarded with excellent pay, challenging work and inspiring colleagues.


Remuneration: Competitive
