Sales and Retention Adviser

They are seeking a conscientious, sales focused individual to join their team of Membership Sales & Retention Advisers. You will be looking to increase membership by providing telephone support to new prospects, existing members and to the general public on their membership enquiries.

This role will be based at their Headquarters in Warwickshire, although in response to Covid-19 and government guidelines staff are currently working from home.

Sales and Retention Adviser Requirements:

You will be an excellent communicator, working within a small team targeted on gaining new and retaining existing members. Strong interpersonal skills and previous experience of making outbound telesales calls and working in a target driven environment are essential. It is essential that you have previous experience in sales administration and customer service/telesales environment, dealing with significant call volumes and have experience of organising your own time.

Good Microsoft Office skills and experience of using a CRM system is a requirement along with excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to achieve targets. You will become a proficient user of their CRM system and training will be given.
