As a Sales Analytics Manager of the EMEA Sales Analytics team, you will manage a team partnering with sales operations leadership and sales management to build scalable datasets, dashboards, and analysis. You will deliver insights that translate directly to accelerated growth and improve Google’s ability to serve its Cloud customers at scale.

* Build and manage a team of data analysts, leveraging Google’s big data to drive scalable analysis of business growth drivers and trends. Build scalable assets to enable the sales team, and craft and present sophisticated quantitative analyses to translate complex data into actionable insights.

* Manage and bring thought leadership and coaching to solve challenging problems, define architectures, develop storylines and presentations, etc.

* Partner with Sales Operations and Sales Management to define data, reporting, analysis needs, priorities, and regularly review.

* Develop, manage, and communicate on a clear roadmap of deliverables.

* Provide thought leadership and input into global sales data infrastructure projects, partnering with Global on asks and prioritization.
