Free Sky products + benefits

We’re Europe’s biggest entertainment brand. Think top-quality shows. Breaking news. Innovative tech. Must-have products. Join us as a Sales Advisor and you’ll enjoy the freedom and support you need to make an impact: making fans of the products you love, hitting targets and delivering cracking customer service. Expect industry-leading benefits. Plus, experiences you’ll only find at Sky.

What you’ll do

Based in our Newcastle Contact Centre, you’ll help potential customers set up a new subscription for one of our industry-leading products. You’ll also help existing customers looking to upgrade. While you’ll always put their needs first, you’ll know when to slip in a recommendation for relevant Sky products and services.

How you’ll do it

Sales experience isn’t essential. We’re more interested in your brilliant listening skills and ability to understand what customers want. You’ll also have a healthy streak of ambition and a passion to sell.

What you’ll get

We want you to feel as confident as possible when talking about our products, so you’ll get free Sky Q, phone and broadband. You’ll also enjoy 30 days’ annual leave (and three bank holidays), private health and dental care, and a range of high street discounts. Expect on-the-job training and support, and opportunities to develop your management skills. You’ll even have the chance to gain an official qualification from the Institute of Customer Service.

How to find us

Getting here is easy, with the St James’ metro stop right outside. You can also enjoy our subsidised hot food canteen. Want to venture further? There are plenty of shops and restaurants, and even a gym right on our doorstep. There’s always a friendly game of table tennis or pool going on if that’s your thing. And if not, there are plenty of chill out areas to take a break.

So, what are you waiting for? Apply now for a chance to craft your own career path and be brilliant as part of a bright, talented team.

It’s our people that make Sky Europe’s leading entertainment company. That’s why we work hard to be an inclusive employer, so everyone at Sky can be their best.

Just so you know: if your application is successful, we’ll ask you to complete a criminal record check. And depending on the role you have applied for and the nature of any convictions, we might withdraw the offer.
