Core Responsibilities

As a Sales Advisor you must be driven to exceed customer expectations, both in terms of service and product knowledge. You’ll become the reason that customers purchase from Robins & Day and as such you’ll be the face of the Peugeot, Citroen and DS brands. 100% customer satisfaction is pivotal, under promise and over deliver throughout every step of the purchase. You will be focused on achieving ambitious volume and profit targets, coupled with opportunity to sell additional services such as finance, insurance, accessories and service plans.

You therefore, will be a self-motivated, enthusiastic individual with a desire to experience and learn more about the industry and our innovative products. Previous sales and customer service experience is advantageous, however not a pre-requisite as you will undergo a full training programme via our dedicated Academy.

The role is 45 hours per week on a shift rota basis including alternate weekends.

  • £18,000-£22,000pa basic salary
  • £24,000 OTE equivalent whilst completing your first 3 months training
  • Realistic sales targets to achieve £32,000pa OTE after training, however, this is uncapped!
