Job Title: Sales Advisor 

Location: Stockport 

Salary: £24,250 per annum

Job type: Full Time, Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday, 10am till 7pm 

Start date Monday 7th October

Here’s more of an insight into what you can expect day to day: 

• Making and receiving calls to Customers to discuss existing broadband packages, booking appointments and up-selling 
• Building rapport with your customers on the phone to maximise opportunities 
• Engage customers in genuine, enjoyable conversations to understand their needs 
• Through effective questioning, you will be able to understand customer needs to be able to deliver great service 
• Update databases with customer details and your activity
