Working alongside other members of the internal sales team, you will be responsible for handling enquiries and sales of garage doors and spare parts.
Responsibilities will include - Assist customers with product support and selection - Processing orders from phone and email - Providing sales and product literature - Proactively calling customers with promotions and special offers - Calling prospective customers
Skills: - Strong attention to detail - Excellent communication skills both written and verbally - Confident telephone manner - Ability to manage time and workload effectively - IT literate - Ability to work in a team
