Benchmarx’ goal is to provide you with your dream kitchen and we do this by partnering with our Trade Customers. Our customers are always at the heart of everything we do so as a Sales Advisor, you’ll play a key part in building lasting relationships with them.
If you enjoy talking to people and get a buzz out of generating leads, this could be the perfect role for you. We don’t expect you to close deals over the phone, the aim is to make sure our current and potential customers feel looked after and generate awareness about what we offer.
We’ll let you be creative on how you approach customers and there aren’t any scripts, you’re not a robot! Speaking of creativity, if it’s progression you’re looking for, this is a doorway into being a fully fledged Kitchen Designer.
We’re looking for someone who has experience from a customer service environment (face to face or over the phone). Our branches are also busy, so we need someone who’s able to work in a fast paced environment. Although our staff are like family and work closely together, we also need someone who’s able to motivate themselves and work independently at times.
