Shifts: Flexibility Required between 8am – 8pm Monday – Saturday
Training: 3 Weeks – Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm Fully Paid

What are we looking for?
We are currently recruiting for one of Britain’s leading energy companies who provide Gas & Electricity, boilers & heating to the UK population and currently serve around 5.1 million residential and business accounts with electricity & gas.
Your main duties will include taking calls from existing & potentially new customers, billing queries, direct debit enquiries aswell as tariff changes with a possible upsell or cross sell of other products to benefit the customer.
