A leading online UK business news provider is looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic Sales Administrator to assist with its growing level of sales operations.
This new team-member will be based at the business HQ in Newcastle upon Tyne. The role will support the existing sales activities of the business with a focus on sales administration, managing inbound enquiries, lead generation and account management. This position is ideal for somebody who is interested in digital marketing and liaising directly with clients by email and telephone.
There will be elements of lead generation within this role as it looks to provide ongoing support to the outbound sales function.
- Liaise with clients and the internal sales team to process orders - Set up and manage client campaigns - Upload client and in-house content via internal systems - Deal with inbound sales enquiries - Generate leads via desk-based research for the wider sales team - Manage certain aspects of social media scheduling
- Have excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail - Be confident in communicating both over the telephone and by email - Be driven by completing tasks in a timely manner - Be enthusiastic to prospect for new leads as part of the sales team - Enjoy working towards both collective and individual targets - Be comfortable with online systems and social media
