A market leading, niche and highly respected business, based not far from Guildford and Godalming is looking for a Sales Administrator to join its passionate and growing sales team. The business delivers its services to a range of famous places, concentrating on the leisure, entertainment, sports and retail sectors.

Working closely with the Head of Sales, this role will support the team as they generate, respond to and pitch for new opportunities to deliver their market leading service.

Duties will be varied and will liaise with various parties, but they can be summarised as:

Maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential new customers.

Supporting the evaluation of tender and project opportunities.

Liaising with project and design teams to ensure client expectations are met

Compiling tender responses in conjunction with senior sales team members, marketing manager and project delivery specialists

To support sales and marketing activities, including attending events, exhibitions and sales pitches to represent the company

To apply to this role, you should have transferable experience that has included supporting sales or commercial teams from an administrative perspective. You should have experience of MS office, including ideally supporting people or departments with the preparation of bids and tenders. Your experience could come come from a variety of sectors but experience from environments that win work via bid processes will be valued. You should be PC literate and have a strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Ideally you will have had some exposure to CAD drawings, but this is not essential. Importantly, you should be a team player, be self-starting and positive with your approach to work and tasks, highly organised and a great communicator.
