My client are a rapidly expanding start up in the Healthcare industry, who are looking to continue growing and provide efficiency to the likes of the NHS.

Description

  • Prepare, send and monitor contracts to customers
  • Prepare, send and monitor invoices to customers
  • Use CRM systems to organise the account management activities and documents for Account Managers
  • Organise and schedule calendar events for Account Managers and Business Development Managers
  • Chase and manage overdue funds from customers via emails and telephone calls

Profile

  • Accounting / Finance proficient and trained in bookkeeping / receipts / invoices on Xero
  • IT Proficient
  • Familiarity with G Suite: Google Calendar, Google Drive
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Power point)
  • Proven experience as administrative assistant or PA
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
