This company specialises in the Manufacturing and Distribution of Transmission Plates to the Earth Moving and Mining Industry. They are also actively engaged with many industry sectors including Agricultural, Military, Aerospace, Marine and Automotive.

They are looking to appoint an experienced Sales Administrator to join their successful sales team. This newly created position will serve as a point of contact for their customers and provide administrative support to their internal sales team.

To be considered for this multi-functional role you must be a highly organised individual, with a proven background of working in a strong customer focus environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and be self-motivated.

Ultimately, you will contribute to high quality customer service and assist in the achievement of their goals and objectives.

Fluency in another language is beneficial but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Processing a high volume of enquiries and correspondence from client/customers and their sales team out in the field.
- Checking data accuracy in enquiries and orders.
- Contacting clients/customers to obtain to answer queries.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records.
- Maintain the company's marketing literature.
- Provide administration support for the estimating function.
- Contribute to improving working processes.

Knowledge/Experience/Skills Required:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisation and planning skills.
- Experience with CRM Systems.
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
- Accurate attention to detail.
- Competent and confident in the usage of accounting software (Microsoft Navision Desirable)
- Capable of multi-tasking and operating several systems.
- Strong sense of teamwork and co-operation.
- 3 years of experience in Sales Administration/Customer service role.
