Sales Account Manager

Salary: £21,000 - £70,000 OTE (uncapped commission)

Location: Bournemouth, BH8 (office based), they are based very close to Bournemouth train and bus stations - so they have excellent public transport links.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm

Established for around 7 years, they are currently going through an exciting period of growth, and are looking for an experienced Sales Account Manager to join their team. You will build up excellent rapport with your own customer accounts, and be responsible for selling premium collectable products to them.

This role involves NO cold calling as all customers have previously bought from them.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining relationships with your own customer base, speaking with them on a regular basis to discuss new products to add to their collection
- Managing the end to end sales process, ensuring to deliver high quality customer service to all customers and build excellent relationships with your customer accounts
- Explaining and upselling a range of premium products
- Negotiating with customers and closing sales to hit (and exceed) realistic targets
- Overcoming objections to achieve required KPIs
- Updating the CRM system and processing customer orders

Required Skills and Experience:
- Previous sales experience (ideally in an account management or telesales role)
- Experience working to targets
- Excellent negotiator and closer
- Self-motivated and driven
- Able to objection handle
- Excellent communicator who enjoys speaking to customers and building rapport

This Sales Account Manager role is a great opportunity for someone who has sales experience, experience within telesales or Business Development, or has worked as an Account Manager, Account Executive, Sales Executive or similar.
