Sales Account Manager, Professional Business Services, Northampton. £24,000 Basic, £70,000 OTE Year One, plus Benefits. Top performers earn over £100K in their second year.

This is a Northampton based business development focused sales role taking warm and marketing-generated leads and following pipeline to provide complex business services.

This position starts with a comprehensive induction training programme, and then you will be mentored by one of the Company Directors on a 1:1 basis. The incredible sales team will also support you with a brilliant working environment built upon healthy competition.

The role is selling complex products that have continued to be in demand during the COVID crisis. You need to listen and truly understand what clients are looking to achieve by putting yourself in their shoes and supporting them through the sales process. We are therefore looking for a skilled communicator who takes a strong yet consultative sales approach.

The Ideal Candidate

* Must have a minimum of 1 year of B2B sales experience

* Ideally a graduate, you will be a brilliant communicator that has always excelled - at school, in sport, in the workplace, at personal development, etc.

* A passionate sales professional with a 'can-do' attitude.

* Someone who is exceptionally goal-oriented with bags of charisma, a positive attitude, determination and plenty of persistence.

* A brilliant relationship builder that can quickly and easily engage customers.

* A self-motivated individual is a 'sponge' for information and desires to learn and grow.

* All skills will be taught, but ambition, desire to earn and a hunger to learn cannot be. Therefore, if you would prefer to leave the hard work to someone else or want a simple and unchallenging role, please do not apply.
