This leading Leicestershire based provider of e-learning solutions are looking for a proven Sales Account Manager that is a positive and energetic individual that wants to be a valued member of the team.

I would suggest this is the perfect role for an individual frustrated by the daily, unremitting drive for new business and new clients - And is now looking for a role that is more consultative and strategic account management focussed.

This is a Sales Account Manager position where you will be focusing on retaining existing accounts by negotiating renewals and introducing new programmes. The role is all about relationship management and account development, and also following enquiries through the consultative sales processs.

Previous industry experience is not required, but you must have B2B proactive sales and account management experience in a consultative role.

As a person, you will have demonstrated throughout your life a desire to be 'above average'. What matters is that you must be an achiever with a 'zest for life' and a crucial part of the interview process will be based around your attitude, aspirations and determination to succeed
