This role is field based and ideally you will be based in NE or NW England

Have you got experience selling into the recruitment industry?  We have an exciting field based sales/account manager opportunity and will consider candidates with experience of field sales or someone who is looking to move into the field from an internal sales role.

Reporting directly into the MD you will be responsible for building long-term relationships, both over the phone and in person with front-line recruiters.  You will be field based but required to travel to the HO in Worcestershire sometimes.

Job role – Sales Account Manager:

  • Identify prospects using a range of techniques including on-line research, outbound calling, and face to face meetings
  • Network effectively so as to increase the number or potential referrers
  • Arrange and attend appointments on behalf of yourself and the MD
  • Deliver informative and engaging workshops and technical updates
  • Continue to build the products and services of the start-up business and drive and implement the new technology that will be required to grow the business
  • Build new operational processes to support the development of customer requirements
  • Any other duties that are deemed necessary to support the business.

Who we are looking for – Sales Account Manager:

  • Significant B2B phone sales experience, generating face to face appointments for self/others
  • Significant experience in a results-driven sales environment working to KPIs and objectives
  • Demonstrable skills in presenting using a technical slide deck
  • Adept with common office software including CRM systems and databases
  • Tailoring B2B communications including emails, LinkedIn updates & Messages, sales collateral
  • An ability to make decisions and manage time effectively
