JOB TITLE:  Sales Account Executive

LOCATION: Stanwell Moor, TW19 6BJ

SALARY: Salary negotiable based on experience

BENEFITS: Parking onsite included, Company Pension

HOURS: Full-time, Mon-Friday (Part-Time hours may be considered for the right candidate)

Our client is looking to recruit a new Sales Account Executive to join their team.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Must have a proactive approach to all tasks
  • English should be first language & high standard of written English required
  • Experience in Microsoft Office
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to drive as limited public transport in the area
  • British passport, able to work in UK
  • SAGE experience preferred
  • Must have experience in Pharmaceutical wholesale & exports

Duties Include:

  • Sales; Handling customer accounts, UK and international
  • Looking after customers and new enquiries over phone & email
  • Sourcing products, quoting, sales processing & raising invoices on Sage
  • Purchasing on Sage
  • Creating quotes proformas and converting to sales orders
  • Liaising with Warehouse man to assemble orders and liaising with Shipping Clerk
  • Follow up orders on system and keep customers informed
  • Updating customer profiles, adding new products in the system
  • Setting up spreadsheets for tenders
  • Training A/C managers and new members of staff as we expand
  • From time to time covering other members of staff within the team
  • Sourcing new tender opportunities & applying
  • Sourcing & submitting products for relevant tenders
