Sales Account Director, Training Services. £50,000 Basic, £70,000 OTE (uncapped) + Car Allowance + Exceptional benefits package. This is an outstanding client relationship management sales opportunity working for a well renowned and recognised leader in Training, Learning and Development. This is a consultative business development role and requires an individual that understands the complexities of developing long-term client relationships. The role is both home (3-4 days per week) and office-based (1-2 days per week), and post-Covid will also include some international travel.

To apply, you will be a proven sales professional within training services, L&D or complex consultancy solutions.

To be considered for this role, you will demonstrate exceptional sales, relationship management / account management experience having worked on long sales cycles, managed multiple projects, and developed outstanding people skills.
