What We Are Looking For

We are seeking ambitious individuals who have high aspirations and have the dedication and resilience to achieve them. This is a telephone-based, cold-calling role. You will be speaking with C-level executives and dealing with high-value transactions. If you are not comfortable with this, do not apply.

Commissions are uncapped and received on every pound your portfolio generates. For the right individual, this is an opportunity to change your life over the next few years by working in a challenging but highly rewarding financial sales role.

The Specifics

You will own the telephone – using it to engage and consult with C-level executives of medium-large businesses (£1m - £250m) across a diverse range of sectors. Cold calling will be your primary and preferred method of engaging opportunities.

You will learn your clients’ businesses and work to explore and uncover key problems and challenges, whilst educating them on how Millbank’s solutions can solve them.

You will work closely with analysts and strategists to build and present valuable risk management solutions to clients - in time learning how to develop these solutions yourself.

Hours & Remuneration

Based in Greenwich, London.

Working hours are 8:15 am-6pm Monday through Friday.

However, you will be expected to complete the necessary hours to achieve company standards and targets.

Competitive salary + Uncapped commission.
