About the role

Responsibilities:

· Make appointments from database

· Keep accurate logs of current and forecasted Retention scores

· Generate E-Master campaigns targeting specific retention customers

· Respond to Early Settlement requests as 'first response'

About You:

By having a professional approach to all Lookers customers, you will be a confident communicator building relationships at all levels. Previous customer telephone experience is essential however motor industry experience would be advantageous. Organisation is an important factor to this role so you will be someone who can maintain your own diary and can work under pressure to tight deadlines with a high level of accuracy.
