Retail Sales Manager – £27,500 + bonus + commission structure – Manchester, UK
We are seeking a talented and capable Retail Sales Manager who is driven to success and will be able to help us achieve our vision of becoming the UK’s leading, independent flooring and furniture specialists. This role is not just about finalising a deal or arranging a fitting. It’s about the customers experience and ensuring that they are happy every step of the way, that they know should they need further assistance you will be willing to help them to the best of your ability.
We don’t expect you perfect in every way; we just need you to be the right person for the job with proven experience and a strong track record in sales and leadership. You must be willing to work as part of a team and as an individual, to bring fresh ideas to the store that could be implemented to the day to day process to improve sales and ease of use.
