The Role: The successful Retail Sales Controller will be looking after a small but vital portfolio of national retail accounts in the multiple sector, as well as mentoring a National Account Manager. Your role involves dealing heavily with the supply chain and marketing teams, holding full P&L responsibility for the division and being part of the company's senior leadership team. Setting strategy for this division, you will benefit from working for a company which has attained market leading status in a short period of time and still has more potential in their sector.

A truly innovative firm, they are now looking to expand their hugely successful sales team with this search for a new Retail Sales Controller to be based from their Midlands offices.
For this Retail Sales Controller position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
Strong track record of managing national miltiple retail accounts at head office level
You will be a senior level strategic operator with strong leadership qualities
Candidates will come from aa non-food sales background
Passionate, ambitious and hugely driven candidates are sought
Benefits of this Retail Sales Controller role:
£50,000 - £70,000 Base Salary DOE
+ £40,000 Commission
