Sofology are currently looking for Sales Advisors that can break the mould! We are all about laid back lounging and lasting sofa love, and so we need passionate people to help the nation to get comfy at home. If you're full of fun and truly care about finding your customers perfect sofa then we are the brand for you!
We've loved sofas for 30 years, and have gathered bags of experience up along the way. We've learned that our customers want real information about the sofa they've got their eye on, not a ‘must end Sunday' sale that in actual fact, goes on forever.
We guarantee our best price every day of the year and so our customers choose their sofa because it is perfect for their homes and whoever they share it with!
We're going to be direct here, how are you at delivering an exceptional customer journey?
By exceptional, we mean the creme de la creme when it comes to closing a sale, so it goes without saying that you'll be the strongest communicator with a tangible tenacity for delivering sales results. Building a friendly connection will be your bread and butter and self motivation is built into your DNA, so much so, your ability to recommend the right sofa for your customer will be second to none.
Ideally, you'll also have:
* Experience listening and responding to customer's needs
* Previous sales experience in an assisted retail role, with an understanding of delivering exceptional customer service
* The capacity to gather information and learn quickly so to make the right recommendation for your customer
Our stores are open during the following time periods: Monday - Friday, 10am - 8pm; Saturday, 10am - 6pm; Sunday, 11am - 5pm (Including Bank Holidays). This means we need someone who can work flexibly across weekends and evenings, as well as bank holiday weekends and during the festive period.
