Our client is a seasoned British manufacturer, designer, and retailer in the bespoke kitchen market. The company is at a time of unprecedented growth with over 70 showrooms in the UK, having its headquarters in Barton-upon-Humber.

Client Details

This is an incredibly exciting time in the business, both in terms of growth/progression opportunities, as well as for the commercial capabilities of the business. Due to this, they are looking for sales trainers to join the team in order to create and deliver engaging and high energy training to retail sales consultants.

Responsible for training and developing retail employee's across multiple business areas including planning skills, inspirational design, lead generation and more. The role will involve the analysis and design of new training programmes to suit the need of the retail business.

The role will require regular travel to our seven training centres across the UK. Accommodation will be provided where needed.

Description

Duties include:

  • Analysis of training needs for Retail teams both for new and existing employees.
  • Support with creative design of training modules delivered at the training centre.
  • Delivery of multiple training modules/programmes aligned to the needs of the retail business.
  • Evaluation and analysis of results of delivered training.
  • Co-ordination of attendees, hotels and travel for delegates attending the training centre.
  • Attend personal development sessions to keep up to date with products, process and system changes.
  • Provide feedback on all training delegates to relevant line managers.
  • Collate, review and assess training feedback from delegates.
  • Deliver training to head office roles during peak retail promotion.

Profile

  • Extremely organised and proactive attitude.
  • Solid presence with some flare!
  • Confident in presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyse performance data to create training objectives.
  • A proven track record of driving results through coaching and development.

Desirable backgrounds include: retail, training and development, field sales, education, technical sales.
