Information on the company

Our client search firm specialising in Tax & Tax Technology. Using their knowledge and extensive network, our client ensures that candidates and clients are matched accurately in skills, experience, culture and values.

How you can expect to spend your day:

* You will search candidates with Tax and/or IT backgrounds across all industry sectors, in the UK and EMEA

* You will need to search on media sources such as LinkedIn, Internet, Twitter etc to locate quality resources

* You will hold responsibility for scheduling and confirming interviews with candidates, it is possible assistance may be required out of the standard office hours to finalise an interview date/time for example

* You will administer and manage the CRM system, maintain up to date and accurate information on candidates, clients and assignments

The ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications:

* Good IT skills

* Understanding of tax complexity

* This is a start-up and you will be the 3rd person (small company). Need to be comfortable working in a small team

* Willing to work flexible hours

* Punctual

* Highly organised and willing to set up and follow processes

* Able to work independently and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment

* Possibly a Geography or History degree

* Experience in recruitment & researching
