The Role: Recruiting a new Regional Sales Manager due to restructure and continued growth; within this role you will be responsible for a team of new business sales professionals - acquiring contracts in the private sector SME space. This is a "hands on" sales management role - with significant time alongside the sales team; coaching, leading, training, mentoring, recruiting. The purpose of this position is to develop and inspire a highly targeted, fast paced sales team in the North of England.

The Company: Our client is a true market leader within a highly competitive field. They design, install and monitor service systems for industrial, government, commercial and residential customers with state of the art technology that delivers the finest security solutions in the industry. Full company and product training is on offer for the recruit.

For this Regional Sales Manager role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Experience of managing an external B2B sales team - essential
  • Proven track record of sales success and achievement against target
  • Inspirational, motivating, hard-working, ambitious, confident and sales driven
