The role as Regional Sales Manager will be to manage a team of field based business development managers and to win new business in the field. You will be taking on a portfolio so the role is more account managing, with an element of new business.

Client Details

My client is a market leader in document management and then linking it to your business systems. Due growth they are looking to hire into the field sales team covering the North West. A great opportunity to join a growing business.


The key responsibilities for the Regional Sales Manager will be :

  • Manage accounts and promote additional spend

    • Train your team in the field with at least 4 per month and recorded
    • Responsible for conducting performance reviews to manage personal development, on at least a quarterly basis
    • Conduct weekly1to1's with each team member covering:

    • Minimum activity levels

    • Pipeline creation

    • Pipeline management and accuracy

    • The revised forecast and upside opportunities

    • Personal development

    • Dynamic compliance including but not exclusively:

    • Pipeline accuracy

    • Day 1 forecast

  • Closed activities/ appointments


The successful Regional Sales Manager will:

  • At least 2 Years B2B Sales experience in document management
  • At least 2 years experience of managing a team, setting KPI's and training staff
  • A proven track record of winning business and growing accounts
  • Able to build relationships with key decision makers
  • Have a desire to over achieve
  • Able to cover the North West
  • Must hold a full driving licence
