As Regional Sales Manager you will have the following responsibilities.

  • Lead a community based residential sales team.
  • Manage a team of inside sales executive remotely.
  • Drive sales activities within the teams to achieve company growth targets.
  • Responsible for the day to day management of the sales team.
  • Create a high-performance team culture.
  • Develop and implement a highly effective and innovative sales plan.
  • Monitor and communicate the day sales team targets.

Profile

  • Previous background managing a residential field sales team.
  • Driven, enthusiastic and innovative.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience building a positive and successful team culture and environment.
  • Driving licence.

Job Offer

  • Basic salary of £50,000
  • OTE £25,000
  • £6,000 Car Allowance
