Tasked to deliver innovation and partnerships to some of the UK’s largest brands, we are at the heart of UK Digital Transformation. Our growth ambitions create the opportunity for experienced leaders who have a proven track record of leading teams to deliver sustainable growth strategies and innovation for Major Clients. The Major Corporate Acquire sector represents a market place worth over £1bn p/a. The sector currently operates at <10% market share with overall purpose being to deliver revenue and profit growth at a rate of 40% YoY. Location - UK - London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds or Bristol What you'll be doing As a Regional Sales Manager (Head of Sales) you will have overall accountability for leading, developing and managing sales activity for a portfolio of Major Corporate customers within this sector. This customer base has an annual revenue/EBITDA in excess £20 million. These customers are typically FTSE 100 companies. Here you’ll: * Take full ownership and accountability for sales P&L, representing a customer base of 50+ Major Corporate Acquire customers * Direct management for a Sales team of c10 colleagues including Account Directors, Business Development Directors, Solution Consultants and Deal Architects * Develop a strong commercial understanding for your client group and their key drivers using this knowledge to develop and execute, alongside the Sales Director, an appropriate sales strategy to drive profitable revenue growth * Develop strong customer relationships across the client base, successfully influencing key decision makers; typically senior executives with sophisticated procurement processes * Collaborate with internal stakeholders ie CIO, Commercial, Service and Portfolio to improve the client experience, drive portfolio development and market alignment. * Maintain strong industry knowledge including new developments in the market, demonstrating thought leadership around innovation and creating relevance within the customer base * Ensure internal business responsibilities are completed including SalesForce, forecasting, reporting, Altify account reviews, account development plans * Managing a sales team of c8 FTE, lead, engage coach and motivate a team of client facing colleagues across the portfolio of contracts We'll also need to see these on your CV * Solid experience leading large, complex multi- faceted solutions to major clients * Solid experience in Acquisition and strategy with evidence of revenue growth results * Experience in driving customer satisfaction * Ability to use insight to make strategic and agile operational decisions * Ability to build relationships, influence and negotiate at an Executive level and deliver in line with sales targets * Proficient in sales: account development, sales coaching, leveraging relationships, customer industry knowledge, customer acquisition, sales forecasting Educated to degree level or equivalent * Experience in solution sales and dealing with big complex customers (FTSE 100 * Experience of managing a P&L and delivering short to medium term top and bottom line growth * Leadership, coaching and development of senior teams * Ability to build complex sales strategies to deliver in year objectives and long term sustainable growth at both a client and sector level * Commercial acumen and sound account management experience * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Essential – current driving license Why choose us?
