We have huge ambitions for 2018 and beyond, and to keep achieving our goals we’re on the lookout for an experienced, commercially minded and creative Regional Sales Key Account Manager. You will look after the sales of civil, drainage and heavy building materials in your sales area. Having close involvement with your designated branches, you will operate within your own defined territory, maximising sales at every opportunity and expanding our customer base by identifying and developing new accounts. We are after someone who’s enthusiastic, resilient and resourceful, with a sharp eye for identifying new sales opportunities and a passion for excellence. Being well-organised and planned goes without saying, as you will be responsible for meeting our valued customer expectations.

The successful candidate will ideally have:

Proven ability to manage a number of large key customers and built strong relationships with multiple stakeholders

It would be beneficial if you have knowledge of civils and drainage products - but product training will be provided.

Strong abilities in understanding customer objectives in order to develop successful strategic plans

Identified new sales opportunities and created solutions for customers to deliver long term profitable sales growth for both parties
