We are one of the UK's leading Solar PV installation companies within the new build housing sector. Our company has grown by an average of 25% per year and we have a large number of Group Trading Agreements with most of the UK's top 10 house builders in England and Scotland. 

The Regional Manager Opportunity:

We are seeking a new Regional Manager who will be responsible for managing and nurturing Key Accounts and working with Quantity Surveyors, Technical Managers and Commercial Directors at the Scotland's largest house builders to ensure that the business continues to grow and dominate the new build Solar PV sector.

The key responsibilities of the position involve:

+ Working with internal support team to identify all new build housing developments within key areas that may require Solar PV systems to achieve planning permission.
+ Approaching and managing key accounts at multiple levels from Assistant Surveyors to Commercial Directors to quote/win contracts to agreed pricing structures.
+ Leveraging relationships to maximise effectiveness within each customer division and working with Sales Director to open new accounts and branches.
+ Working to set KPIs based on activity (calls, meetings, customer service levels) to follow a successful template that has been developed over the last 10 years.
+ Continual updating of company CRM system to show all activity and sales pipeline 

The successful candidate will:

+ Attend the offices in Glasgow 1-2 days per week for regular team meetings and ongoing development/coaching to hit team targets
+ Have the ability to work from home 1-2 days per week to follow through and meet key activity KPIs to build and maintain a successful pipeline
+ Meet with key accounts/new accounts to open and provide ongoing review meetings to maximise customer satisfaction and retention
+ Have expereince of Key Account Management within the construction and/or new build housing sector
+ Have possibly worked with renewable energy companies or roofing contractors.

The region that will be covered is North and East Scotland. However this will be on the basis of the candidate being able to commute to the Glasgow office on a weekly basis, so a closer proximity to Glasgow than the territory is essential.
