Regional Head of Customer Engagement - Complete hospital solutions

They are currently seeking to recruit an organised commercially aware management professional to lead their customer engagement / service delivery team (5 reports) within the Midlands area.
THE ROLE: As Regional Head of Customer Engagement, the successful candidate will be heading up a team of five people (three Account Managers and two Relationship Managers) who are in turn tasked with managing the smooth, efficient and effective delivery of their services and customer satisfaction related to that, within an area that is worth hundreds of millions of pounds. To be considered for this unique role, candidates must have experience managing people and a strong working knowledge of NHS procurement and purchasing pathways, frameworks and systems. Full company training will be provided and career and earning potential is very attractive.
