The Regional Account Director will be covering the whole of the Midlands (including SW and Wales).
You will be targeting RSLs (Registered Social Landlords) in the area selling a software solution. This is a massive opportunity with a very interesting business.
This role will be new business development from scratch, developing and building the territory, including prospecting, cold calling, booking meetings, presenting face to face, closing and obtaining new clients. You will then grow, retain, manage & maximise your client based long term.
This will be new business development selling software into: Residential, social landlords, housing associations etc.
This role is 100% home based & field based. 100% new business.
We are looking for experienced new business hunters, with a solid track record in new business sales.
You must possess the following:
