Senior Recruitment Coordinator required in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire

Hours: Monday - Friday, from 8.30am - 5.30pm (or 9.00am - 6.00pm, if preferred)
Salary: £24,500 per annum.
A full UK driving licence is required.


Driven Motor Jobs is seeking a dynamic and engaging individual to join its clients established HR Team.
This is a role for an individual that is helpful and versatile, and who consistently approaches their duties with a positive mind-set.


Working with the guidance of the Payroll & Recruitment Manager, you will be integral in coordinating the Company's industry-leading recruitment activities. This includes: coordinating applications received via an online portal; liaising with candidates (via telephone and in person) in regard to applications, and arranging and assisting with interviews/assessments.

Excellent time management and organisational skills are essential, as you will be expected to coordinate the recruitment process.

This position would suit a confident, positive and driven individual, who thrives within a fast-paced environment.
The ability to work effectively as part of a team is absolutely crucial.

Previous experience in a HR or administrative role is preferable, although not required.

A full driving licence is essential as the successful candidate will be expected to travel between different businesses.
