This is a full circle recruitment role where you will be responsible for converting new business and managing the entire recruitment projects from start to completion. We are looking individuals that are looking for the long-term and to grow within an ambitious and entrepreneurial business.
To apply you will be a graduate, or of graduate calibre, with sales or telesales experience which could have been as a part-time or holiday job or perhaps within your 'sandwich year'. Please note that applicants cannot be considered if they do not have previous sales experience.

Skills wise we need a sales led individual that is ambitious and tenacious yet is organised with a terrific understanding of Microsoft Office together with the ability to quickly pick up new IT systems and tools.

Our commission scheme is easy to understand and generous, in your first year you should realistically earn £15K to £25K above your basic salary.
