My client is in a niche Recruitment consultancy specialising in Legal, IT, Digital and Finance. They are on the brink of an exciting period of growth, therefore are offering an amazing opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join their team. With expansion plans in the USA, Spain and Asia it would be advantageous to have a second language. There will be an incredible growth and development plan put into place right upto MD level for a proactive, 360 consultant who has a demonstrated track record of consistent billings.

Due to the demands of this growing business, they are looking for a Recruitment Lead to take on responsibility for leading and overseeing recruitment delivery. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you will be an experienced recruitment consultant with a passion for direct sourcing and desire to provide an exceptional candidate and client experience.

The Role

  • Deep expertise within resourcing including direct recruiting, sourcing and developing a strong candidate pipeline
  • Support to translate the resourcing requirements into requirements
  • Mentoring and developing the business recruitment team
  • Stakeholder management with the business leadership team to review and define sourcing needs and develop sourcing strategies to meet short, medium and long-term requirements
  • Management and monitoring internal applicant tracking, ensuring that all candidates and applicants are properly tracked
  • Consulting and advising clients on the selection of candidates throughout the end-to-end process
  • Maintaining networks in critical sectors


Non Negotiables:
· Proven and consistent billers - please provide evidence of this
· Hands on 360 recruitment experience (candidate resourcing through to business development)
· Experience recruiting within the IT, legal, digital, HR or finance sectors
· Proactive
· Client facing
· Experienced in stakeholder management

  • Proven track record in a professional services, consulting, or technology industry
  • Prior experience of working as part of a recruitment team.
  • Extensive and demonstrable experience of sourcing candidates utilising a variety of methods including the introduction of innovative ideas for candidate attraction.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, diplomatic and tactful - demonstrating high levels of confidentiality
  • Resilient and able to work under pressure
  • Driven, highly organised with the ability to identify and focus on priorities and deliver to deadlines.
  • Highly professional, and with the inter-personal skills to quickly develop and maintain strong rapport with managers at all levels
  • Drive and commitment to meeting high quality candidate experience
