range of fantastic organic food to people’s homes across much of England. We represent a

refreshing alternative to supermarket shopping, but without being worthy or preachy. No airfreight,

no silly packaging, no nasty chemicals – just great food produced by people who really love what

they do.

We deliver to around 70,000 households and we employ about 550 great people. We consider

ourselves bold, irreverent, genuine, friendly and honest, and it is crucial that this comes across in all

of our marketing. Role Summary
In this challenging yet exciting role, you will provide a full range of recruitment and onboarding
activities to support the needs of the business. In this standalone recruitment role, you will be
responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle. You will work and build relationships with recruiting
managers from across the business, delivering solutions to their recruitment needs.
Key Responsibilities
The Recruitment Advisor’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  Working with all departments to ensure an efficient recruitment and selection process is

carried out in order to attract high calibre candidates.  Support recruiting managers with drafting job descriptions  Develop creative and innovative methods to promote and raise the profile of Abel & Cole in
the local recruitment marketplace. Chose relevant and affordable recruitment channels to
attract high quality candidates.  Arrange and or attend recruitment fairs, develop original recruitment methods and incentive
schemes  Write attractive advertisements in line with the company values to reach the right audience  Taking ownership of the candidate journey and experience, ensuring maximum success at
each stage of the recruitment and onboarding process.  Organise interviews and other selection processes, attend interviews as required  Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed, updating of internal candidate records,
feedback to candidates  Handling all advert responses in a timely manner.  Interfacing with candidates via phone, email and social media in a professional, confident
and friendly manner.

 Contribute towards the development of recruitment policies and procedures in line with
legal requirement.  Collect and provide meaningful recruitment statistics/reports.  Keep up to date with forthcoming recruitment legislation to ensure best practice and
compliance. Experience and Skills  You’ll have proven experience in a recruitment role  Sound working knowledge of legislation and best practice around recruitment  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to develop effective
working relationships.  Good at using Microsoft packages and some experience using an ATS useful.  Strong organisational skills.  A methodical approach and meticulous attention to detail.  A great attitude and willingness to muck in where necessary!
